Morning; 26 degrees with about an inch of new snow. Groomers were out last night. Trails are good on the old roads, we need a little more snow where the trails go through the woods. For the snow we have the boys are doing a good job on the trails. Ride Safe . . . Brad

It`s Done

Morning; Had 10 degrees earlier, it`s 24 and sunny now. We have 11 to 12 inches of clear ice where the trails are marked across Moosehead. GREEN TRAIL from Rockwood cottages to Kineo  Mt.  YELLOW TRAIL from the public landing (kineo docks) to Kineo  Mt. and the ORANGE TRAIL  connector from yellow to green on the Rockwood side. The lake may not be safe everywhere so use caution. Ride safe and be safe…Brad

Tuesday Morn.

Morning; 25 degrees and cloudy. Looking good for putting the stakes out for the trail crossing to Kineo by the weekend. At this time the lake is snow free on this end and the ice boats are loving it. Safe Riding…Brad

Ice Check

Morning; 10 degrees and still windy. I went down off Kineo docks at the public landing and had about 6 1/2 inches of ice. The ice may not be the same thickness everywhere, we still do not recommend sleds on the ice maybe by next weekend we will have the crossings marked. Ride Safe…Brad
