Cancellation Policy

We require a payment in full to secure you rental at the time of booking. In the event you must cancel your sled rental, we recommend that you contact us two weeks prior to your rental date so we can refund your payment less 5% for processing fees. If you cancel within the two weeks, we keep 50% or we can transfer your reservation if you decide to reschedule in the same season.
